Shipping Policy

All items will ship within 10-14 business days of placing the order. Shipping costs are listed at checkout and vary by item.

Orders over $1,000 qualify for free shipping. 

All of our products are shipped by UPS or FedEx depending on the best rate. A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your order is shipped.

In the event that a shipment is lost or damaged in shipment please email us at hello@draperie.com to file a claim.

Return Policy

Please Note all Orders are Final Sale.

Because all of our items are custom made to your specifications we cannot accept returns.

We encourage you to order fabric samples before you purchase to make sure you love the colors and textures in your space before you finalize your order.

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, damaged, or made to the incorrect specifications please email us at hello@draperie.com to file a claim. 

Kindly note Draperie has the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policies. In the event that orders are returned without notice, Draperie has the right to reject the returns that do not comply with our return policies.
